I am here to provide you with physical, emotional, and educational support during the transition to parenthood. My experience with different styles of natal care allows me to offer guidance as you navigate the various decisions of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. Whether my clients want a hospital birth or home birth, are breastfeeding or bottle feeding, are looking for sleep training, or any number of other concerns, I am here to help.
I grew up in Connecticut in a loving neighborhood called Brookside Place. After graduating from The University of New Hampshire, I moved out to Los Angeles and became a talent manager in the entertainment industry. It wasn’t until several years later while supporting a family member through birth and parenthood that I became fascinated by pregnancy, birth, and newborn care. My own adventures as a mom gave me first-hand understanding of the care, sensitivity, and knowledge that is key during the parental journey. Since I decided to pursue my doula passion full-time in 2017, I have helped over 50 families during pregnancy, birth and postpartum.
